  • Theme: Aligning with the higher frequencies of the coming year through guided meditation for vibrational alignment and clarity on personal intentions.
• Week 2: Sacred Grounding – Strengthening Your Foundation
  • Theme: Cultivating stability and presence through earth-based grounding visualization, exercises, and breathing techniques.
• Week 3: Accessing Inner Wisdom – Enhancing Intuition
  • Theme: Deepening connection with inner guidance through heart-centered meditation and exercises to deepen access to intuitive wisdom.
• Week 4: Boundaries as Energy Shields
  • Theme: Creating and maintaining strong, energetic boundaries through visualization for energetic protection and exercises to deepen your connection with the unique qualities of your auric field.
• Week 5: Energy Awareness – Expanding Sensitivity and Control
  • Theme: Tuning into subtle energy flows within and around you through energy exercises to feel shifts in personal and environmental energy.
• Week 6: Somatic Healing – Deepening Inner Connection
  • Theme: Healing through body-mind awareness through somatic exercise to release unhelpful stored energy patterns and enhance flow.
